Top row: edamame, mushrooms, hummus, clementine oranges
Middle row: tomatoes, multi-grain pasta, cheese, yogurt
Bottom row: vegetable crackers, pepperoni, turkey, grapes
This is what the kids had for dinner tonight and it was a hit! I got the idea from a mommy blog that I frequent. Sophia helped me prepare everything and her dinner blues soon turned to pure excitement. Both kids ate really well and it was fun for all. Just a little way to spice things up!
