earthworm rescue
Sophia spotted a LARGE earthworm in the street this morning and, in pure, sweet, all creature-loving Sophia fashion, had to rescue it.
I love that she's not squeamish about even the most slippery, slimy and dirty creatures. After she delivered it to the moist soil, she went back one last time to pick it up and "give it a hug".
