views of spring

This is my favorite time of the year for our front and back yards (although the hydrangea blooms in the summer in the backyard are a pretty close second).

Dan (with the generous help of our friend Matt and my dad) put sod down last weekend and this was the result:


Love it!

Everything is so green and healthy and happy. Dan and I are really into working outside in our yards these days. We still don't really know what we're doing, but we're having fun! We're also still trying to figure out what we want to do with the back slope, but the front slope is looking better (at least to us!) every year.
